Your Role

The Foreign Trade and Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing all logistics and foreign trade processes, ensuring efficient operations and supporting interdepartmental communication. The role includes order tracking, stock control, domestic and international shipments, warehouse operations, and import/export activities. It also involves monitoring customs regulations, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, liaising with suppliers, and supporting environmental, health, and safety goals.

Your Mission

• Managing all logistics and foreign trade processes and results

• Supporting efficient communication between departments

• Improving the order tracking system based on quality and efficiency principles

• Optimizing the following operations while controlling related costs (LCF):

  • Stock management

  • Domestic and international transportation

  • Physical warehouse operations and management

  • Import and export operations

  • Scrap, return, and claim processes

• Coordinating import and export processes with customs brokers

• Monitoring customs regulations and international trade requirements

• Tracking and regularly reporting documents and metrics related to import/export

• Communicating with suppliers

• Evaluating annual physical warehouse inventory results

• Supporting health, safety, and environmental goals as defined by management

• Considering environmental and health information from Material Safety Data Sheets during warehouse placement

To succeed, you will need; 

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields)

• Strong knowledge of international trade, customs regulations

• Proficient in MS Office and SAP

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Team-oriented, proactive, and open-minded

• Willingness to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges
