Your future job

Your Role

  • You will guide and support employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • You will conduct exit interviews with terminating employees.
  • You will support training policy requirements.
  • You will file and monitor workers compensation and leave of absence claims including Short-term disability, Long-term disability, military, and FMLA.
  • You will represent the HR department in safety committee activities.
  • You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports.
  • You will improve HR processes to achieve best practices by maximizing efficiencies in alignment with business objectives.
  • You will interview applicants
  • You will administer pre-employment tests
  • You will process transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • You will conduct training sessions
  • You will administer on-the-job training programs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • You will maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs
  • You will analyze job duties, write job descriptions, perform job evaluations and job analysis
  • You will conduct and analyze compensation surveys
  • You will assist with processing employee grievances
  • You will oversee engagement programs and other employee relations works

 

To succeed, you will need; 

    • Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits.
    • Abiltiy to maintain confidentiality.
    • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
    • Proficiency in HRIS applications and Microsoft Office 365.
    • Knowledge and experience in SAP
    • Highly organized and can prioritize multiple tasks.
