High Pressure Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer who enjoys autonomy and meeting new customers every day. Someone with an affinity for technology and a lot of "sales" appetite would be ideal for this role.

Your role
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Business Development Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
You will:
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and condition
- Exploit the Turkish market to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities spesifically in PET segment and High Pressure Air applications.
- Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers and dealers.
- Bring the market intelligence of the High Pressure Air bussiness, the potential market volume, current market share and the customers’ feedback.
- Report timely and accurately
- Cooperate with marketing team in marketing activities and market analysis.
- Cooperate with service to achieve customer satisfaction
- Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue

- University degree with engineering background (mechanical/energy systems/electric electronic engineering degree is a plus)
- At least 2 years working experience in industry and energy efficiency projects (industrial sales experience is a plus)
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office is required
- Very good use of English language
- Analytical approach to problem solving capability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic
- Technical thinking and drive to learn and develop
- Valid drivers licence is a must
- This role requires intensive travel with-in Turkey. Candidate should not have any travel restrictions
