Marine Sales Engineer
We are looking for a Sales Engineer whose customer portfolio will be Maritime companies, who enjoys autonomy and meeting new customers every day. Someone with an affinity for technology and a lot of "sales" appetite would be ideal for this role

Your role:
- Implement the divisional sales strategy.
- Be responsible for product sales and achieving sales targets in the assigned area through individual efforts and teamwork.
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify customer needs and follow up with customers in your region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in your territory to support sales efforts.
- Maximize product sales by effectively engaging with the market.
- Develop and execute a local sales and product strategy for Atlas Copco’s Industrial Air products to drive sustainable growth.
** Sales Engineer will report all activities to the Regional Sales Manager monthly.
** City: İstanbul
** Territories: All marine applications in Türkiye
To succeed, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Marine, Naval Architecture and Marine or related engineering fields)
- At least 3 years of industrial sales experience, especially in marine sector
- Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level of negotiation skills and strong representation on premium sub-products
- Have no obstacle to travel (The region of the position is all of Turkey)
- Ability to implement our sales strategy in your region.
- Knowledge of CRM (all activities are being uploaded to CRM system)
- Ability to provide business support and follow up effectively
