Your role

As a Warehouse Staff, your mission is to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of all warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and shelf management processes. You will report to the Foreign Trade and Logistics Specialist.

You will

  • Take an active role in inbound (goods receipt), outbound (shipment), and shelf management processes. 
  • Receive incoming shipments, sign the relevant documents, and perform physical checks (damage, missing items, etc.).
  • Participate in unloading goods from vehicles and loading them onto the designated area in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Pick, pack, palletize, and transfer customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet trucks, and hand trucks as needed
  • Be responsible for carrying and stacking loads (up to 25 kg) inside and outside the warehouse.
  • Contribute to accurate stock counts and regular inventory checks.
  • Contribute to the safe and efficient flow of operations by setting up safe loading and unloading processes for vehicles.
  • Report risks and malfunctions encountered during operations to the Logistics Specialist
  • Act in line with the company’s quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management systems policies and procedures.

You have 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse or logistics role

  • At least a high school diploma.

  • A valid Forklift Operator’s License (İş Makinesi Operatörlük Belgesi) suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

  • Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and handheld terminals.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems).

  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a collaborative and responsible mindset.
