Senior Sales Engineer

Your role
- Be responsible for High-pressure compressor equipment sales and achieve sales target in the assigned area by individual effort and sales network.

- To approach new customers and distributors in the assigned industry.
-在指定行业发展新客户和经销商。
- To provide timely and accurate sales and market information to the Sales Manager.

- To organize technical training to key account customers and dealers.
-组织对客户和经销商的技术培训。
- To develop and enhance good working relationship with customers and dealers in the territory to advance the selling efforts.

- Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.

Co-ordination with IAT, OFA, CTS, Marketing and support team
与公司内部相关团队协调合作,一起发展业务
- To interact with IAT, OFA sales team to get more high-pressure compressor business.
-与IAT, OFA销售团队进行互动,以获得更多的高压压缩机业务。
- Work with CTS and support team to improve customer satisfaction.
-与CTS和支持团队合作,提高客户满意度。
- Communication with marketing team in obtaining product support.
-与市场团队沟通以获得产品支持。
- To provide feedback on product quality, product trends and competitor development to the product companies.

To succeed, you will need
- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
-大学本科及以上学历,机械工程或相关专业。
- More than 3 years’ experience in technical or sales field at a machinery company. Priority will be given to those with sales experience in compressor sales.
-3年以上机械公司技术或销售工作经验。有压缩机销售经验的优先考虑
- Strong interpersonal communication,Good at impacting and convincing others.

Job location
This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of 上海/北京/武汉, while being associated with our customer center in China (CN).
