Product Specialist, Engineered Solutions

Your Role

• Define custom special request from customer, cooperate with the factory to provide customized solutions and quotations.
• Follow up the development of special orders, match product delivery with demand, timely delivery of orders, etc.
• Support salespeople/dealers on specific technical and commercial issues.
• Focus on specific industry applications, develop specialized product solutions, and promote them in the sales team.
• Follow sales performance and design sales campaign plan and other marketing actions accordingly.
• Report and analysis the sales performance for custom design products monthly.
• Work closely with standard product person in the Marketing Department to coordinate product development and promote business development.
• Write successful application story for publishing.
• Write product description and other product press for media.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Experience requirements

• 3 years or above working experience on relevent area.

Knowledge

• Good technical understanding on mechanical and electrical system.
• Good communication skill.
• Good skill on normal office softwares such Word, Excel, Power point, Adobe Acrobat, CAD and so on.
• Good command of English on reading, writing, speaking and listening.

Educational requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or related such as machinery, refrigerant, compressors and so on are preferred.

• Good communication skill, team work spirit and open minded
• Willing to face challenge and eager to learn more.
• Active working actitude task driven and self motivated.
• Strategic thinking.
