Your role

Mission                       

Your mission is to maximize sales and profitability of the Service business by promoting sales of service products to new and existing customers, in accordance with agreed business plans. To help customer to achieve better measurable result using data, proactive service products, expertise.

 

Major Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Achieve Service sales target / market share target by focus on assigned accounts and implement sales activities and transformation plans.
  • Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with assigned accounts.
  • Promote brand image in assigned accounts and maximize company profitability.
  • Aggressively exploit the responsible accounts to identify new Service sales opportunities.
  • Perform SWOT analysis for responsible mature Customers, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
  • Proactive communicate with customers to understand their needs on service.
  • Propose suitable service products technically and commercially with excellent presentation and communication on-site and off-site.
  • Organize other service team member to deliver committed service in high standard within assigned customers.
  • Cooperate with products sales to promote proactive service business to improve customer NPS continuously.
  • Cooperate with credit controller to make sure that account receivables are collected in time according to payment term.
  • Tracing all service demand until order receive
  • Timely feedback sales and marketing information on service product by weekly plan and report.
  • Strictly follow the safety procedures and instructions during the travel and at the workplaces in company, customers' and business partners' facility, and correctly wear Personal Protective Equipment according to instruction. Actively participate safety training, self-learning and other activities. Report safety risk to prevent accident.

To succeed, you will need

Education & Experience

  • At least college degree in mechanical & electrical engineering
  • 5 years+ sales experience in high end industrial company
  • Power tools industry/service sales experience will be a plus.
