Cashier

• Responsible for domestic and oversea bank payment and customs duty payment process, including key in/upload payment details into bank system, as well as bank reconciliation follow up.

负责国内外银行付款和关税付款流程，包括在银行系统中上传付款清单，以及银行对账工作。

• Bank draft management, responsible for the bank's acceptance bill process and monthly BAD report

银行承兑汇票收付及管理，整理每月承兑汇票清单.

• Responsible for employee reimbursement audit. To ensure all payment/reimbursement are preceded in line with company accounting policy and requested supporting documents are qualified.

负责员工报销审核，确保所有的报销符合公司政策，报销文件齐全无误。

• Issue VAT invoices on monthly bases. Including prepare monthly VAT list, deduct input VAT. Reconcile monthly input tax and output tax invoice list, etc.

每月开具增值税发票，包括准备开票清单，抵扣进项税发票，整理核对当月进项税和销项税明细等。

• Responsible for creating non-core suppliers and initiating non-core payment applications in OA system.

负责在OA系统中新建Non-core供应商和发起non-core付款申请。

• In charge of Group cash forecast.

负责集团每月现金池预测

• Binding of receipt and payment vouchers. And other contract filing.

整理装订凭证以及合同归档。

• Other tasks assigned by finance manager.

财务经理安排的其他工作

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Fluency in English both in oral and written.
• Good at operation MS Office system, especially at Excel.
• Have 1-2 years related work experience is preferred.
• Accounting and acceptances experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of both Chinese Accounting Regulations and International Accounting Standard is essential.
