Your Role

1. Adhere to and implement the company's sales management policies and procedural directives, whilst simultaneously enhancing individual professional expertise.

2. Forge meaningful connections and engage with target customers in the specified industries, persuasively advocating for our products and solutions to meet established sales quotas.

3. Cultivate strategic relationships with pertinent OEM customers within these sectors, fostering OEM partnerships to secure additional project insights and fulfill sales objectives.

4. Identify and leverage new sales avenues in alignment with the organization's sales strategy to achieve defined sales goals.

5. Proactively monitor and pursue ongoing projects within the identified sub-sectors to optimize success rates.

6. Diligently prepare and submit periodic work reports, encompassing both planning and retrospective analyses, in a timely manner.

7. Oversee every phase of the sales cycle, from pinpointing customer requirements to the creation of bespoke technical and commercial proposals, ensuring smooth communication with product line peers regarding delivery timelines, maintaining robust customer engagement throughout the delivery process, and overseeing the product acceptance and payment collection phases.

8. Gather and analyze key market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor data, keeping abreast of competitive movements to inform and refine marketing and sales strategies.

 

 
To succeed, you will need  

Education requirements:
- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent. 

 

Experience Requirement
- More than 5 years experience in machinery sales.

 

Personality Requirement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.

 

Knowledge Requirement
- Good English communication skill.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft skills.

- Have driving license.
