Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Your role
According to the company strategy and annual recruitment plan, independently own and lead the effective recruitment of positions from Engineers/Specialist to Junior Managers.
‐ By using profession knowledge and skills, provide recruitment related professional advice to hiring departments, including the talent profile, strategy of recruitment channel, candidate evaluation and effective decision-making, and etc.
‐ Has the ability to proactively search high potential candidates, and by delivering Atlas Copco value/culture and other means to attract candidates.
‐ By applying professional interview skills, tools and behavior-based interview method, to appropriate evaluate candidates and ensure the right candidate is hired.
‐ Proactively expand and find new recruitment channels to ensure the whole recruitment process more efficient.
‐ Identify talent pool and recruitment analysis for specific business areas if needed.
‐ Improve recruitment work per business strategy and HR strategy.
‐ Responsible for monthly and quarterly report as required.
‐ Initiate, draft and finalize recruitment related policies.
‐ Other activities or HR projects assigned.
