CBP-AIF Sales Engineer-Beijing/Tianjin/Hebei

Your role

As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.

1、负责柳泰克无油旋齿，螺杆，离心机设备的销售工作及市场推广，完成销售指标，完成货款回收目标； 
2、寻找潜在客户和开发、管理经销商，提供必要销售支持，有效执行公司销售计划； 
3、分析和提供及时有效的市场信息，包括产品价格、竞争对手市场活动和新产品等；
4、完成部门经理安排的其他工作事项。

Your day-to-day

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross, up, and repeat sales to existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop medium-to-long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.

Your skills and experience

1、2年以上工业品销售经验，熟悉工业通用机械，具有空压机产品销售经验者优先；
2、大专以上学历，机械设计或机电一体化等相关专业优先；
3、良好的沟通和协调能力以及市场意识，自律，具有团队合作精神，能够在压力下保持积极的工作态度；
4、能适应频繁出差。

This role is fully remote and employed through our legal entity in 北京/天津/河北, China (CN). Other locations may be possible to review.
