Your role

Mission                       

Your mission is to maximize sales and profitability of the Service business by promoting sales of service products to new and existing customers, in accordance with agreed business plans. To help customer to achieve better measurable result using data, proactive service products, expertise.

您的使命是根据商定的业务计划，通过向新客户和现有客户销售服务产品，最大限度地提高服务业务的销售额和盈利能力。利用数据、前瞻性的服务产品和专业知识帮助客户获得更好的可衡量结果。

Major Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Fulfill service revenue target in assigned territory and increase the capture rate of service product.
• Proactive communicate with customers to understand their needs on aftermarket service.
• Be good at key account service business management, solid key account service proposal, frame agreement.
• Propose suitable service products technically and commercially with excellent presentation and communication on-site and off-site.
• Be proficient on service products and the value behind, could be service products trainer and specialist.
• Cooperate with other service team member to deliver committed service in high standard.
• Cooperate with products sales to promote proactive service business to improve customer NPS continuously.
• Cooperate with credit controller to make sure that account receivables are collected in time according to payment term.
• Tracing all service demand until order receive
• Timely feedback sales and marketing information on service product by weekly plan and report.
• Strictly follow the safety procedures and instructions during the travel and at the workplaces in company, customers' and business partners' facility, and correctly wear Personal Protective Equipment according to instruction. Actively participate safety training, self-learning and other activities. Report safety risk to prevent accident.

• 主动与客户沟通，了解他们对售后服务的需求
• 擅长大客户服务业务管理，有扎实的大客户服务方案、框架协议
• 给客户在技术和商业上提出合适的服务产品建议，并在现场和其它场合进行出色的演示和沟通
• 精通服务产品及其背后的价值，可以成为服务产品培训师和专家
• 与其他服务团队成员合作，提供高标准的承诺服务
• 与产品销售积极协作，推动主动式服务业务，不断提高向客户满意度
• 与信控团队合作，确保应收账款按照付款期限及时收回
• 跟踪所有服务需求，直到收到订单
• 通过每周计划及时反馈服务产品的销售和市场信息
• 在出差、客户拜访以及在公司工作期间，严格遵守工作场所安全程序和说明，并根据说明正确佩戴个人防护装备；积极参加安全培训、自学等活动；报告安全风险，防止事故发生

To succeed, you will need

Education & Experience

• At least college degree in mechanical & electrical engineering
• 3 years+ sales experience in high end industrial company
• Power tools industry/service sales experience will be a plus.

• Mechanical, electrical knowledge

• Fluency in English both in oral and written.
