Your Role
Implementation of market strategy
- Be responsible for Industry gas equipment sales and achieve sales target in the assigned area by individual effort and sales network.
- To approach new customers and distributors in the assigned industry.
- To provide timely and accurate sales and market information to the Sales Manager.
- To organize technical training to key account customers and dealers.
- To develop and enhance good working relationship with customers and dealers in the territory to advance the selling efforts.
- Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
Co-ordination with IAT, OFA, CTS, Marketing and support team
- To interact with IAT, OFA sales team to get more IG & feed air business.
- Work with CTS and support team to improve customer satisfaction.
- Communication with marketing team in obtaining product support.
- To provide feedback on product quality, product trends and competitor development to the product companies.
To succeed, you will need
- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
- More than 3 years’ experience in technical or sales field at a machinery company.
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Good at impacting and convincing others.
- Proactive, Self-motivated and flexible.
- Customer oriented: to be able to establish relations and networks with people inside and outside the organization, throughout the various organizational levels and of different cultures
- Willing to travel
