Your role
Mission:
- To provide best project proposal to achieve maximum customer value.
Major Responsibilities:
Engineering project business
1. Cooperate with regional consultant sales, design air compressor, water pump, flow meter, electric valve and other automation control solutions, to ensure the number of monthly support projects.
2. Conduct pre-analysis of energy saving potential, provide and complete technical support and program editing in the early stage of the project, and ensure the competitive advantages of the project (price and technical advantages).
3. Familiar with the control system of the air compressor station, participate in the design, configuration, on-site commissioning, and on-site training.
4. According to the customer's logic diagram and needs, we can issue a list of basic items and quotations, including PLC, inverter, valve, etc., and master the selection of PLC, control cabinet, inverter, flowmeter, power meter and other automation instruments.
5. Familiar with configuration software, PLC programming, DCS development and debugging, familiar with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, OPC, etc.)
6. When necessary (complex cases) to assist customers in related technical communication and answer questions.
7.Provide comments/feedback on design improvement and product development plan to product team based on case studies, and provide relevant training to regional personnel as necessary for business development.

Cooperation with Sales, Service team and Product Company
- Close work with sales team for total solutions of customer needs
- Cooperation with Product Company on designing and Customer Service on installation and commissioning.
Experience requirements
-More than 5 years experience in automation programming, familiar with field debugging work
-Skilled in PLC programming
-Familiar with the market mainstream air compressor control system
Knowledge:
- Computer skills including Microsoft skills
- Proficient in English writing & reading.
- Use AutoCAD or Eplan to draw electrical schematics.
Education
- University degree or above, major in Automation control

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco Shanghai Trading Co. Ltd. Wuxi Branch in Wuxi, China (CN).
