   The mission of the T&I department is to collect relevant technology and to handover qualified building blocks to the D&D department to allow a shorter and more reliable product development cycle with focus on our ‘road to a sustainable future’ mission and the total cost of ownership of our machines.

   In this team, we currently have a vacancy for a Technology developer. You will report to the supervisor in Wuxi. You will lead and execute technology projects within T&I related to compressors.
   在这个团队中，我们目前有一个技术开发人员的空缺。你将向无锡的主管汇报。您将领导和执行T&I内与移动式压缩机相关的技术项目。
   This position focuses on the new energy portable compressors. Investigates the technical advantages of China’s new energy industry, explores potential customer application scenarios, and implements technologies such as the integrated design of power batteries, DC motors and air compressor rotors into complete portable compressors units. The role covers new product scheme design, prototype development and technical validation to drive the launch of new energy portable compressor.
    本岗位聚焦新能源移动式空压机产品研发，研究国内新能源产业技术优势，挖掘潜在客户应用场景，把动力电池、直流电机与空压机转子一体化集成等技术落地到移动式空压机整机产品。完成新产品方案设计、样机开发与技术验证，推动新能源空压机新产品落地。

Job description included but not limited
岗位职责包括但不限于：
1.    Research domestic new energy technologies & supply chain, identify industry strengths and potential application scenarios for mobile air compressors, deliver feasibility reports.
调研国内新能源产业技术、供应链与市场特点，发掘新能源技术优势，挖掘移动式空压机潜在客户应用场景，输出应用可行性分析报告。
2.    Develop system scheme for new energy potable compressors; carry out integrated design of power battery matching and DC motor compressor rotor assembly; resolve challenges on power coupling, layout, thermal management and vibration.
负责新能源移动式空压机总体方案设计，重点完成动力电池系统匹配、直流电机 空压机转子一体化集成设计，解决动力耦合、结构布置、散热、振动等工程问题。
3.    Conduct component selection, 3D modeling, drawing release, BOM generation and technical documentation; lead prototype build, bench test and troubleshooting.
完成零部件选型、三维建模、工程图纸、BOM 清单、设计规范等技术文档输出；主导样机试制、装配调试、性能测试，闭环解决研发过程各类技术问题。
4.    Collaborate with marketing team, translate customer requirements into engineering solutions and support pre sales technical proposals.
对接市场团队，理解客户需求，将场景需求转化为可落地的机械设计方案，支撑新项目立项与售前技术方案输出。
5.    Track cutting edge technologies of new energy compressors; conduct pre research and support patent application, drive product iteration.
跟踪新能源压缩机、车载动力相关前沿技术，开展技术预研，参与专利挖掘与申报，推动现有产品新能源化迭代升级。
6.    Work with electrical, sourcing and manufacturing teams to support pilot batch, improve reliability, cost and manufacturability.
协同电控、采购、生产部门，推进设计落地，跟进小批量试产，优化产品可靠性、成本与工艺性。

Competence and qualification
岗位任职能力与资格要求：

Experience Requirements经验要求 
•    Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related disciplines, with minimum 3+ years of mechanical design experience in air compressor, mobile equipment or construction machinery. Prior experience in air‑compressor rotor and main unit design is preferred.
机械、机电一体化，能源工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，3工作经验，有空压机转子、主机结构设计经验优先。。
•    Hands on experience in new energy equipment development. Familiar with power battery and DC motor structures; proven experience in integrated design of motor rotor assembly is a plus. Understanding of domestic new energy industrial chain and capability to iterate product solutions based on application scenarios.
具备新能源设备开发项目经历，熟悉动力电池、直流电机结构，有电机 转子一体化集成设计实战经验者优先；了解国内新能源产业链技术特点，能够结合应用场景做产品方案迭代。
•    Proficient in 3D CAD tools such as Creo / SolidWorks. Capable of independently completing overall product scheme, component design and BOM generation. Full cycle project experience including prototype assembly, technical testing and issue rectification. 
熟练使用 Creo/SolidWorks 等三维设计软件，独立完成整机方案、零部件设计、BOM 输出，具备样机装配跟进、测试验证、问题整改的完整项目经验。
•    Able to identify real world customer application scenarios and translate industry technical advantages into feasible complete machine design solutions. Experience in launching new products from conceptual design through prototyping to pilot production.
能够挖掘下游客户真实应用场景，将行业技术优势转化为可落地的整机设计方案；具备新产品从方案→样机→小批量落地的全流程经验。
•    Good cross functional communication skills and strong stress tolerance. Able to collaborate with electrical control and supply chain teams to drive projects. Background in portable air compressors or energy storage enabled construction machinery is highly preferred.
良好跨部门沟通能力，抗压能力强，可对接电控、供应链协同推进项目，有移动空压机、储能工程机械行业背景优先。

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
•    Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering. 
本科及以上学历，机械工程专业。
•    Minimum 3+ years of mechanical design experience.
3+以上工作设计相关工作经验。
•    Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing.
普通话为母语，良好的英语听说读写能力
•    Knowledge of MS Office, Experience with Engineering CAT & LMS testing tools is an asset.
熟悉微软办公软件,具有工程CAT和LMS测试工具经验者优先。

Atlas Copco (Wuxi) Compressor Co., Ltd., 100% invested by Atlas Copco Group, is a product company within the Compressor Technique and Power Technique business area. It develops and manufactures Atlas Copco brand products for the global market.

The production center has two sustainable lean production sites and a state-of-art R&D center in Wuxi. It develops and manufactures oil-free and big size compressors, desiccant dryers and filters in Plant 1, core compressor components in state-of-the-art Wuxitec factory. Develops and manufactures portable diesel and electric driven compressors, generators, water pumps, lighting towers, small to medium sized industrial air and medical vacuum in Plant 2.
