In order to realize the mission of QSHE organization in Atlas Copco (Wuxi) to establish a systematical management of Safety & health, Environment, Energy and Quality, and ensure effectiveness, we are looking for a SHE engineer.

As SHE engineer, it will be your mission to create a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, create a Safety-First culture within company, an environment protection and energy saving management to support company sustainable productivity.    

1.Establishment, implementation, improvement, documentation, maintenance of Safety &health, Environment and Energy management system (Hereby called SHE) in line with internal and external requirements, e.g. ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO50001, ISO 9001, and ensure effectiveness according to Business Area, Division, company policy and local laws & regulations.
2.Legal compliance: Identify and collect latest SHE&En related laws and regulations that affect our business. Implement initiatives to meet local government/company requirements on SHE issues.
3.Responsible for whole company SHE operation. chemical, electricity, contractors, special equipment, firefighter, digitalization SHE, management of Change, And so on.
4.Develop and implement SHE&En training program, to improve all staff SHE&En awareness and skill, promote safe awareness and behavior.
5.Follow up risk assessments/ Environment factors control/ Energy projects.
6.Ensure reporting of incidents/accident in TIA timely. Verify all corrective actions are well implemented. Collect lesson learned from AC to share it with all employees.
7.Keep good contact with local government about SHE matters. Lead SHE assessment / government approval for new projects, Administer SHE regulatory compliance for new business.
8.Responsible for the management of security.

Competence and qualification

Experience Requirements

•        Prefer 3 years in EHS management role. At least 1 year working experience in multinational company.

•        Familiar with utility equipment (Electricity power station, compressor, cooling system, fire-fighting system etc.) and special equipment (Crane, forklift,etc.)

•        Have experience of setting up or maintenance ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO50001.

•        ISO50001 energy and ISO 9001 management experience is a plus.

•        Project management experience is a plus.

Knowledge / Educational requirements

•        University degree or about, major in electrical, mechanical, Safety Management, Environment and related specialty.

•        ISO14001/ ISO50001/ISO45001/ISO 9001 internal auditor certificate.

•        Willing to learn in SHE technical and regulations.
