Job Description：

1. Daily operation of review and release the block purchasing requirement manually.

       每日未释放采购需求检查以及手动释放

2. Keep contact with vendors and update the PO confirmation date correctly in time.

       跟催供应商确认货期并及时更新有效的货期到系统中

3. Follow up purchase orders, to make sure goods arrived at warehouse as promised.

       跟进采购订单，确保货物按照承诺日期到达仓库 

4. Focus on the item shortage risk and pull in proactively to guarantee stock availability as target. 

      关注有缺货风险的物料，主动跟催货期确保满足库存可得率

5. Track and monitor supplier delivery performance and work together with sourcing team to drive delivery performance and quality improvement.

       跟踪监控供应商的交付表现，跟采购团队协作改善供应商交付表现和改善质量

6. Follow up the return flow for the claims

       跟进客诉导致的退货订单

7. Proactively to analysis the lead time and inform inventory control to adjust in system.

       主动分析物料交付周期并建议库存专员调整系统

8. Cancel PO or push out PO to reduce the inventory value.

       为减少库存金额取消或者延期采购订单

9. Proactively Solved urgent customer issue

       主动协调物料紧急需求

10. Offer monthly pre-invoice to supplier and invoice list to finance team.

       每月提供预开票明细给供应商并整理对账清单给到财务

11. Other tasks are required.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree

        本科学历

2. 2-3years’ experience in planning /purchasing role, excellent student graduated newly also welcome.

       2-3年采购或者计划经验， 欢迎优秀应届生

3. Good computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), preferably with experience of using SAP.

       熟练运用MS office 和Office 365 软件， 熟练使用SAP优先

4. Excellent communicate skills and with strong responsibility and teamwork spirit.

       优秀的沟通能力，强烈的责任心以及团队合作精神

5. Good command of English both in writing and reading, oral ability will be a plus.

       良好的英文读写能力，口语沟通能力会是加分项

6. Be active in problem resolution and always consider continuous improvement.
