Job Description:
Territory Management and implementation of aftermarket sales strategy
- Leads and unites aftermarket sales people energetically to develop market, fulfills the target.
- To foresee and develop professional sales network in strategic locations.
- To keep good relationships with key-customers, distributors and other indirect sales channels.
- To listen and identify customer’s needs, and then provide optimized solution, so as to meet customer needs.
- To assess the potential of the aftermarket products in the assigned region.
- Implementation of strategic sales and pricing plan and measurements for service products launch and development in the region, including service plan, fixed price services, and repair services, optimized products.
- To implement cost control plans, and constantly monitoring the results.
Aftermarket sales team development & people management
- To build up aftermarket sales team in the assigned region.
- To define and optimize continuously the number and geographical spread of aftermarket sales force.
- Interpretation & implementation of company’s policy truly and quickly to aftermarket sales people.
- To train, coach and boost sales people’s competence in both technical and commercial aspects.
- Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
Co-ordination with service teams and nation technical team
- To work closely with other departments on promotion of new aftermarket products.
- To work partnership with aftermarket service team to improve the productivity by offering total solution to the key account.
- To be responsible for the aftermarket sales (service + parts) of authorized dealers’ management.
- To work closely with aftermarket service & technical support team to implement the project.
- Has the operational responsibility for the quality, safety, health and environmental performance as well as the implementation of the SHEQ Policy.
Job Requirement:
- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
- More than 6 years experience in technical or sales field at a machinery company, of which 3-4 years experience in compressor industry.
- Strong network in compressor market in China
- Good English in both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft series and Lotus Notes.
- Strong interpersonal communication and sales management skills.
- Willing to travel.
