Responsibility:
1.    Project management
a.    Owner of project in terms of budget, timing and performance target.
b.    New product introduction eg FS1.8/FS2.8
i.    Follow up NPI process from FP to PP to SP.
ii.    Design key parts and make 2D/3D drawings.
iii.    Coordinate parts delivery and assembly prototype with help from production.
iv.    Assist performance and reliability test.
v.    Lead design/service/production review meetings.
vi.    Guarantee master spec fulfilled.
c.    Special orders
i.    Propose solutions to CC for cost and lead time.
ii.    Contract management including technical and commercial clarification.
iii.    Create BOM and draw new parts.
iv.    Update sales and CTS documents eg ASL/AIB.
v.    Follow up order till commission.
vi.    Review cost during biding and order execution.
2.    Design and verify
a.    Structure parts eg frame and castings
b.    Hydraulic parts eg air/oil/water piping
c.    Drive train parts eg motor/couplings
3.    Carry out continue improvement for performance & cost.
4.    Initiate innovations.
5.    Other job required by company.

Requirement:

1.    Bachelor or master degree in engineering.
2.    Centrifugal compressor or Chiller design experience above 5 years.
3.    3D/2D drawings, AutoCAD/Inventor/SolidWorks.
4.    Team worker who like to share with and learn from others.
