Your Role

Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project. This may include preparing complex engineering standards, designs and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors. Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to complete an engineering project and monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met. Liaise with other operational areas in the organization (for example engineering, drafting, technical) to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. Select, and manage the activities of, outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service. Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team. Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones. Coach and mentor project staff and assist them to solve problems.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Degree in mechanical engineering or relevant subject    At  least 2 year Experience in project management。
Previous experience in vacuum essential. Mainly a background with knowledge of （LIQUID RING VACUUM PUMP AND COMPRESSOR SYSTEM ）is a benefit.
Approached by others for advice and assistance on technical matters.
Ability to communicate and deal effectively with all levels internally and externally.
Wide experience of products and clear expertise in relevant technology.  Able to plan the use of available resources and schedule and allocate work.  Demonstrates ability to supervise, motivate and progress allocated staff.
English required. 
Proven ability to correctly diagnose and successfully resolve increasingly complex problems, seeking advice only when clearly required.
Confident grasp of increasingly complex technical matters, indicated by speed, accuracy and quality work.
Demonstrates supervisory capability of junior staff.
Own and supervised staffs work performed to time and quality standards.
Initiative in proposing innovative solutions to problems or in suggesting improvements to policies and practices.
