Your role
As a Skilled Worker,
You will
-
- Obey the arrangement of superiors and complete various tasks with quality and quantity
- Responsible for quality parts produced on CNC machines.
- Responsible for loading parts, operating controls, setting tools, simple edits, Debarring and inspection of quality parts
- Studies and interprets drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished components.
- According to production process, to monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.根
- Communicates with team leader/Engineer/engineering/quality team members and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.
- Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.
- undertake TPM (Total Productive maintenance) on machine tools
- To follow PPE and 5S management requirement
- Other assignment assigned
- Be familiar with the relevant requirements of the ATEX products for this position.

- High-school education background or above
- 2-5 years experiences of setting\running CNC machining
- Be familiar with the casting parts.
- The work experience of setting and operating multiple machines
- The capabilities of reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Understand geometric Tolerance.
