Your Role

•       Responsible for ‘first level’ supervision of team, attendance / time-keeping etc. Employee discipline escalated to Cell Leader

•       负责团队一线生产人员的管理，考勤/员工纪律，上报给生产主管。

•       To ensure the cost effective and on-time delivery of spare and products from the Cell to the Customer.

•       确保产品和备件的成本效益和准时交付。

•       To continue to develop a team culture which is customer focused with a primary emphasis upon improved flexibility of operations .

•       To ensure 100% implementation of the continuous improvement process.

•       确保持续改进流程的100%执行。

•       To manage and administer staff with particular emphasis upon (a) the correct skill and headcount within the team, (b) the motivation and morale of employees.

•       管理与统筹团队员工重点关注：a.团队的人员技能和排班安排的合理性；b.员工的工积极性与团队士气。

•       To support with development teams to facilitate the smooth introduction of products and associated processes to the cell in order to meet timescale, quality and cost targets.

•       与研发团队协作，推动新产品及相关工艺流程在车间的顺利导入，以满足时间、质量与成本目标。

•       Achieve agreed due date, quality, productivity, Health & Safety, housekeeping, cost reduction targets.

•       完成约定的交付日期、质量、生产效率、健康安全、现场管理及降低成本的目标。

•       Any other legislation relevant to the site as detailed in the Company`s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures manual.

•       遵守公司《健康安全政策与程序手册》中规定的、与厂区相关的其他法律法规要求。

•       To ensure that the Company/Site policies in particular holidays, sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance are implemented consistently and fairly.

•       确保公司/厂区政策（尤其涉及假期、病假、纪律处分与申诉的内容）得到一致、公平的执行。

 
To succeed, you will need  

•       At least 3 years of experience in assembly shopfloor management, has experience in pumps, compressors, motors is preferred.

•       具备至少3年装配车间的管理经验，有泵、压缩机、电机相关经验者优先。

•       Good communication skills.

•       具备良好的沟通能力。

•       With technician certificate is preferred.

•       持有技师证书者优先。

•       Experience in 6S, lean activities in workshop is preferred.

•       具备车间6S管理、精益生产活动经验者优先。

•       Broad understanding/appreciation of key operational areas (eg quality, production engineering).

•       对关键业务领域（如质量、生产工程）有广泛的理解与认识

•       Suitable qualifications in manufacturing. At least 3years of experience within a manufacturing management having led a strategically critical process or project is essential.

•       具备制造业相关经验。必须拥有至少3年一线制造运营管理经验，且曾主导过具有战略关键的流程或项目。

•       Experience of managing and motivating teams.

•       具备管理与激励团队的经验。

•       Experience in leading quality and other improvement projects through multi-disciplined teams is preferred.

•       具备跨职能团队领导质量及其他改进项目经验者优先。

•       Able to understand and interpret business (i.e. customer) needs and communicate these effectively to the operators.

•       能够理解并解释业务（即客户）需求，并有效传达给一线生产人员。

•       Able to use some office software (SAP/EXCEL/PPT)

•       会使用办公软件（SAP/EXCEL/PPT)

•       Basic English reading and writing skills

•       简单英语读写能力。
