Your Role

• Manage and develop PCQD suppliers performance in quality, process control and continuous improvement to meet supplier performance target (eg: COPQ、DPPM)
• Involve on supplier strategy definition with team and define the improvement action as necessary.
•  Work closely with project team members at Sourcing/NPI project execution stage, provide technical & quality support (SESPA, drawing review, material spec confirm, process control, PPAP execution, etc) to ensure project & PPAP success.
• Carry out audits and assessment to new supplier with SESPA tools, follow up corrective action plan, and complete & sign off audit report in time.
• Do sample/PPAP documents review and take sample full inspection at supplier side to ensure 100% sample/PPAP approval at 1st submission at Edwards sites, solve sample reject / quality issue in timely manner.
•  Deploy PPAP process requirement on key project, and use quality tools, such as FEMA, Control plan, MSA, SPC, 8D etc.
• Daily work with Qingdao factory cross functional team to handle & solve supplier rejects/quality issue in SAP following site quality procedures.
• Plan and perform periodic process audit and EHS audit per plan to existing suppliers for potential risk finding & improvement with key focus on material spec, tooling maintenance, possible process change without notification to Edwards, etc.
• Lead, plan and take training to suppliers on Edwards process/products, site requirements, quality tool, EHS, etc. for capability development.
• Complete other tasks assigned by direct leader or department manager.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Education level 教育水平

• Bachelor or above degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Casting, Material field is preferred)

工程专业本科以上学历（机械、铸造、材料领域优先）

• Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) 相关经验

• 3 years or above on quality control in manufacture or supply chain function

3年以上生产或供应链质量控制经验

• Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)知识技能

• Professional quality control and analysis experience in manufacture or supply chain function, plus global sourcing project experience is good advantage.
• Good knowledge & experience in mechanical techniques process (Casting, machining, and sheet-metal fabrication is preferred)
• Strong quality spirit, data driven working style, good logical thinking and quick problem solving technique facing multiple activities and big pressure
• Good communication, teamwork, influence and negotiation skills

• Proactive, energetic, optimistic, smart, self-motivated for challenges, no hesitate and wait to delay.
