Mission

As a Business Administrator Customer Support, you will play a key role in supporting our Tools Management Center (TMC) and Field Operations (FS), ensuring smooth administrative processes for our service contracts and key accounts. You are comfortable taking initiative on your own while also contributing effectively within a team environment, ensuring that the supporting tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the complete service order process, including quote creation, part procurement, progress tracking, invoicing, contract management and performance reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in our ERP and CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless customer support

 

What we expect of you?

Profile

  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles
  • Familiarity with a technical environment is beneficial but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce Cloud is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Embrace change with an open and adaptable mindset
