Communications Specialist Full- or Part-Time (f/m/d)

Your role
As a Communications Specialist Full- or Part-Time (f/m/d), your mission is to enhance internal and market communication strategies to support the growth and visibility of the Scientific Vacuum Division. This involves supporting marketing campaigns, generating leads, and ensuring brand consistency, primarily for Leybold, Edwards and Gamma, fostering engagement and trust with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
As Communications Specialist you will report to Global Marketing Communications Manager.
You will
- develop compelling marketing communication for product launches and campaigns, ensuring well‑branded, engaging content across digital platforms.
- gather project requirements, publish content, and monitor campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and lead generation.
- support Customer Centres in lead‑generation activities through AEM, HubSpot, and C4C, tracking performance data and identifying initiatives to improve lead quality, conversion, and overall effectiveness.
- ensure that all global product marketing materials—literature, visuals, ads, case studies, messaging, and translations—are accurate, up to date, and accessible.
- facilitate effective internal communication by maintaining SharePoint and ShowPad content, coordinating news updates, and ensuring Customer Centres have timely access to relevant information.
- stay current with communication trends and tools, ensuring efficient content access for Customer Centres and Product Companies, and driving continuous improvement across all brands.
- uphold brand identity by ensuring consistent visual and verbal representation, acting as a brand ambassador, and maintaining visibility of brand vision, mission, and promise across all communication activities.

- Degree in Communications, Marketing, a technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in marketing communications, ideally with exposure to technical content and messaging.
- Experience with Atlas Copco Group brands (Leybold and/or Edwards) is highly valued.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, C4C SAP CRM, AEM, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong understanding of digital communication and its impact in a B2B environment.
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn new digital tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Orlo, Showpad).

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our offices.
