As a Field Service Technician apprentice, you will report to The Customer Service Manager. To succeed in this role:

• You will maintain the fleet in the shop
• You will troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on malfunctioning equipment
• You will repair down equipment in the shop
• You will perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory
• You will develop and optimize efficient processes and routines
• You will Improve measurable success to business targets
• You will document all work performed daily using company provided hardware and software

To succeed, you need

• You have 2-3 years experience as an industrial related service field mechanic
• You should have an appropriate electromechanical degree or training
• You should have a good command in English and a second language knowledge is a bonus
• You should have high energy levels

Job location

As a FST apprentice, you will be on site in the shop at our Acheson, Alberta, CA location. You may travel to customer sites on occasion, but mostly will work in the shop.
