We are looking for someone who loves to work autonomously in a diversity of companies for Adana Region. Do you enjoy travelling to different customers in your dedicated region? You can start your day from home and drive to the customer with a company vehicle fully equipped with safe and rock-solid tools.

Your mission as the Workshop Service Technician is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.

 

You will 

  • Report into the Service Team Leader.
  • Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime. 
  • Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities. 
  • Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

To succeed, you will need

  • Proficient in electrical systems with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
  • Possess a high school diploma in Electrical or Electronic fields.
  • Since this role involves direct customer interaction, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be proficient with computers, and hold a valid driving license.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for solving technical problems.

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Adana. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Turkey.
