The Role

Job Description

 

Act as the central coordination point between customers, distributors, the sales team, and internal operations to ensure smooth execution of aftermarket orders and services. Provide responsive, high-quality support that drives customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Service Planning & Coordination

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate service jobs with field service engineers and customers.
  • Ensure readiness of materials, tools, and job packs for planned service interventions.
  • Track job progress, update stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of service activities.

 

Invoicing & Aging Follow‑Up

  • Maintain invoicing logs and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on aging, and coordinate with finance and customers to resolve pending payments.

 

Commercial Support & Administration

  • Support preparation of service proposals, and administrative documents.
  • Coordinate internally with logistics, procurement, service, and finance teams for smooth execution of service jobs.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of service jobs, quotations, contracts, and customer documentation.

 

Customer & Supplier Interaction

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding scheduling service, documentation, and commercial matters.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service partners when required for outsourced jobs.
  • Handle customer queries and support resolution of operational or commercial issues.

 

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering service planning status, invoicing, aging, and customer activities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records.
  • Support management with data for forecasting, performance tracking, and business reviews.

 

General Support

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the objectives of the aftermarket business.

What we expect of you? 

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; degree in Administration, Marketing, or BBA preferred.
  • Experience with key customers such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, others.
  • Exposure to aftermarket operations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken), Arabic is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP & CRM systems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
