Product Marketing Manager - IAT

Your role
As a Product Marketing Manager within our Industrial Air Division, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening market presence, and delivering outstanding product and technical support. You will work closely with the Industrial Air Business Line Manager and collaborate across teams to implement marketing strategies, develop tailored product solutions, and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
Job description
- Report to the Industrial Business Line Manager and collaborate on daily business activities.
- Prepare and deliver product training and technical support for direct sales teams and channel partners.
- Coordinate with marketing and communications to design and execute quarterly sales and product campaigns.
- Ensure the full and effective utilization of sales tools while enhancing sales team competencies.
- Plan and execute customized and engineered solutions for special or non-standard applications.
- Identify opportunities for new products and technologies, including energy recovery, connectivity, and total solutions.
- Communicate with production companies and related departments to support the development of specially designed products.
- Collect and analyze market data to propose and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Manage product positioning and pricing through continuous competitive analysis and strategy development.
- Conduct market research and analysis; develop marketing tools and materials to support sales activities.
- Ensure an effective sales process that maximizes customer satisfaction.
- Utilize C4C (Cloud for Customer) for lead management, sales dashboards, and campaign tracking.
- Prepare detailed product descriptions within C4C to assist Technical Sales Representatives in proposal and quotation development.
- Participate in product and equipment training to maintain and expand technical knowledge across the sales team.
- Monitor and analyze market performance, including competitors, customers, and market trends.
- Drive the marketing of assigned product groups for existing and new applications, achieving and exceeding annual sales and profit targets.
- Review and analyze monthly and quarterly sales performance of key products.
To succeed, you will need
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in compressed air solutions or a related industry.
- Experience working with indirect sales channels is an advantage.
- Strong technical and professional knowledge, with the ability to apply it effectively in commercial contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to share knowledge, support others, and foster professional development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute strategies efficiently to achieve objectives.
