Atlas Copco Specialty Rental Europe is looking for an energetic, people‑driven, and results‑oriented Operations & Service lead to lead our service and rental desk teams across Denmark and Norway.

Your role
As Operations & Service lead, you will:
Lead & Develop
- Manage, coach, and motivate the Danish and Norwegian operations teams.
- Own the integration and development of operational team members and ensure they receive effective onboarding and training
- Promote a “Safety First” mindset in all daily operations.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Allocate people, equipment, and spare parts effectively across the region.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as uptime, utilization, costs, and service quality.
- Optimize service processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular depot visits, safety walks, and quality checks.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Safeguard high service and product quality.
- Address customer concerns quickly and professionally.
- Support cross‑team collaboration to solve complex operational challenges.
- Take the lead in bigger projects as SPOC for the operations side of the project.
Steer Service & Rental Desk Activities
- Oversee check‑in/check‑out priorities, repairs, and maintenance activities (field + depot).
- Ensure proper contract follow‑up from fleet allocation to invoicing (A to Z).
- Guarantee up‑to‑date certifications and documentation for local fleet.
- Ensure efficient and correct use of systems
Optimize Resources & Financials
- Reduce operational costs through smart stock management and supplier evaluation.
- Ensure correct reporting, invoicing, and PO approval flows.
- Support correct fleet planning in close collaboration with the Regional Manager.

- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people.
- Hands‑on operational experience in service, rental, or technical organizations.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve processes.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Structured, solution‑driven, and energized by challenges.
- Familiarity with rental operations or technical services is a plus.
