Atlas Copco Rental continues to experience an increasing activity of market-leading rental solutions in compressed air, power, nitrogen and steam systems in Denmark. We are looking for a communicative and open Rental desk Coordinator for our depot in Albertslund, outside of Copenhagen. With a strong customer-centric attitude, a focus on efficiency gains and smart logistics for our fleet. The job
The customer service representatives at our rental desk are the hub between the sales engineers, our customers and the service staff. They provide smooth support, logistical organization, and proper management of the rental contracts in Denmark. You will work in the same office as our other business areas together with your colleagues from service and sales as well as the other Rental desk coordinator.
Your duties will include:
- Locate rental machines and plan transports to and from customers and other depots
- Manage contracts, invoicing and everything in between
- Credit collection in collaboration with sales
- Supporting our customers with the necessary documents and information
- Mainly work with Denmark but for redundancy purposes also to some extent Norway
Some travel for training purposes will be required, mainly to Belgium where our head office is located.
What we expect from you
The depot is located in Albertslund, where the offices are also located.
You have excellent communication skills in Danish and English. You have a strong commercial drive and want to do everything possible to stimulate customer satisfaction. You are constantly striving for operational efficiency and you naturally have the right social skills to work in an international team. You are open to new systems and find it easy to learn new things.
With your problem-solving mindset and driven personality, you do everything you can to strive for continuous improvement and happy customers.
In addition, we emphasize that you:
- Are used to IT as a daily aid
- Have good knowledge of English and can read and write in English
- Are structured, use your time optimally in relation to the needs of our customers & colleagues
- Are good at communicating and have the ability to create good relationships
- Are distinctly service-oriented and can meet customer needs
- Are a good colleague with a good mood
- Logistics knowledge is an advantage, but not a must
