Your Role
As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order placement, receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. Your role will involve continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of these processes.
Main Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Operations: Supervise all supply chain activities to ensure efficient and accurate order placement, receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. Continuously seek improvements in process efficiency and effectiveness.

Logistics Strategy: Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize inventory management, transportation, and distribution processes. Maintain excellent knowledge of Incoterms and current regulations, including customs and banking.

Client Billing: Ensure client billing aligns with local processes and regulations.

Inventory Management: Manage inbound and outbound inventory, address obsolescence, and revalue goods as necessary.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize company inventory levels.

Local Purchases: Coordinate local purchases in collaboration with relevant departments (general management, business lines, operations, SHEQ, HR, etc.), ensuring strict adherence to processes for complete transparency in supplier and transaction management.

Service Provider Coordination: Manage operations related to service providers and maintain accurate, up-to-date data management for vehicle fleets, document and goods transportation, premises cleaning and hygiene, security, insurance, handling, etc.

ERP Management: Actively participate in the use and maintenance of our ERP system (SAP), contributing to data enrichment and processing (Master Data).

Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure maximum customer satisfaction by optimizing feedback quality and guaranteeing deliveries meet contractual deadlines and conditions.

Trade Compliance: Maintain strong cooperation with distribution centers, factories, and divisions, proactively acting to consolidate trade compliance.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to measure logistics operations efficiency and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.

Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, being perceived as a reliable, transparent partner who respects legal rules and best practices. Strictly adhere to the Atlas Copco Group's Code of Conduct and local regulations.

Safety and Environment: Place a central focus on safety and the environment in logistics management, in close collaboration with SHEQ.

Transit Management: Efficiently manage transit files and anticipate requests for necessary authorizations.

Documentation: Ensure physical and electronic archiving of all logistics documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and import files.
To Succeed, You Will Need

Educational Background: Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience: Significant experience in logistics management, preferably in a customer service center environment.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of logistics management software and SAP systems.
