Atlas Copco AirPower Central Asia LLP is looking for a Logistics Specialist (from Kazakhstan, Almaty citizen) who will directly report to Logistics Manager.
Responsibilities

Preparation of translation or checking translation of the invoices to Russian for Customs clearance |
|
Sending translations and shipping documents to brokerage |
|
Cooperation with the brokerage |
|
Preparation of the Technical descriptions |
|
Preparation of the invoices for Export |
|
Checking of the money at Accounts for Customs Clearance |
|
Checking of the Customs Declarations and sending requests for correction if necessary |
|
Saving of the Scans of the Customs Declarations |
|
Informing of Sales & Service Depfrtments about clearance of the goods |
|
Customs payment registration in file |
|
Coding invoices from brokerage in SRM |
|
Payment for Utilization Fee (for oils and grease) ROP |
|
Checking of all necessary Certificates on validity |
|
Sending requests on receiving of Government permission |
|
Invoicing in KZB & KZI SAP |
|
Issuing of CNs in KZB & KZI SAP |
|
Checking of GR & IR report, informing stock in case of receipt deviations |
|
Preparing of PoA for Local Temporary Warehouse (Truck SVH & MAA) |
|
Help to the stock keeper if necessary |
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in related fields;
Professional experience matching the above-mentioned duties and responsibilities; minimum 2-3 years experience in logistics highly preferred.
Good knowledge of logistics, incoterms, warehousing operations, customs clearance documentation.
Good command of SAP MM/SD/WM Modules & MS Office applications.
Ability to effectively professionally communicate clearly in English (both verbally and in writing) will be your advantage.
