Atlas Copco AirPower Central Asia LLP (PTBA) is looking for a Assistant in the marketing communication. 

You act as key contact point for Brand Strategy related topics.  You lead and guide the team in understanding PTBA  strategy and objectives and support them in translating them into structured and actionable projects and detailed plans.

Mission
1. Follow-up Atlas Copco communication policies and strategies to strengthening the brand identity in the market.
2. Actively maintain and develop an interactive website that drive and increase business opportunities.
3. Co-ordinate and administer advertising, promotions, shows, events etc.
4. Business analysis to support the sales daily management.

Job description
- Responsible for the implementation of the brand manual and conduct audits to ensure it is followed; increase brand awareness for the company's current anf potential customers.
- Strengthen and develop both external and internal communication and enhance the communication support given to our customers, dealers, and employees. 

- Develop strategic communication concept and then implement them.
- Development of internet communication systems to ensure that our customers and distributors receive first class marketing information support.
- Responsible for the release of communication materials such as leaflets, brochure, name cards verified acc. to the brand manual.
- Establish a yearly media plan and assist the sales team to organize seminars, campaigns, PR activities in associate with agencies, photographers, and printers. 
- Work closely with and support the Country Manager in media relations, internal communications issues, crises communication, internal newsletters, press releases etc. Create content relevant to the target group in close cooperation with the team members.
- Work closely with Corporate Communications and spreading information from Group to departments within the company.

- Coordinating promotional activities and events.
- Follow the SHEQ Policy of company and customer site.

Experience requirements
•Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in communication and/ or project business; experience in sales company would be a plus.
•Familiar with functional requirements, especially for branding management.

Knowledge/ Skills 
- Completed training or university studies in the field of business administration, marketing, media, or a similar discipline

- Excellent organisational and planning skills 

- Ability to work under pressure and handle exceptional situations

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English an Russian.

- Strong communication skills, desire for lots of fresh input

- A self-disciplined professional with teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility.

- Leadership experience advantageous
