Your mission
Maximize the market share through direct sales, supporting existing sales channels and assisting in the development of new ones.
This is a results-oriented role that involves providing professional and effective value‑based selling as well as product and application knowledge, with the objective of increasing revenues for the Oil‑Free divisions.
The role
Conduct B2B sales through effective territory management and regular customer visits.
Develop sales opportunities by providing technical and commercial guidance.
Manage the assigned customer portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining Atlas Copco’s market share while acting as a link between customers and the Atlas Copco organization.
Maintain strong market knowledge across the product portfolio, including prices, competitive strategies, product positioning, and sales channels.
Manage the distributor network to achieve annual targets.
Keep technical information, localized marketing materials, and competitor comparisons updated, while informing the Product Company about potential product improvements, customer preferences, and market trends.
Explore new market niches to stimulate demand for our products. Propose market entry strategies and support their execution.
Support sales by conducting site surveys and providing technical advice to existing and potential customers. Maintain regular contact with all customers, especially key accounts, and develop strong customer relationships.
Consistently analyze business performance across the sales area, including customer spending on Atlas Copco and competitor equipment, and use insights to benefit the business.
Attend training sessions and continuously develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Skills and Experience
Strong knowledge of the local industrial market; strong numerical ability.
English proficiency at upper-intermediate level.
Professional user of MS Office.
Ability to learn quickly; able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong presentation and time‑management skills.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant B2B sales experience is an advantage.
Citizen of Kazakhstan.
