Role and Responsibilities
Planning of service work from placing an order in the system to the complete closure of work in SAP
Additional requirements
- Maintains service contracts in the ERP system and checks that the Service Delivery matches customer expectations.
- Maintains and coordinates existing contracts with correct Purchase Orders, invoicing schedules, Service Products. Organises variations for existing Contracts and adjusts system records to match customer requirements.
- Maintains accuracy of spare parts on service agreements.
- Maintains contracts to suit changing needs of customers.
- Maintains a sufficient audit trail of amendments and decisions.
- Monitors service plan jobs being carried out and act on the Customer feedback on service reports.
- Planning service work.
- Communicating with customers regarding site visits, training, and on-site accommodation for engineers.
- Adjusts invoice and service weeks to improve the efficiency of Service Operations.
- Acts upon the information provided by Service Technicians in service reports and takes appropriate action. Assigns any Sales Leads to the sales people to follow-up and quote.
