Role and Responsibilities

Planning of service work from placing an order in the system to the complete closure of work in SAP

Additional requirements

• Maintains service contracts in the ERP system and checks that the Service Delivery matches customer expectations.
• Maintains and coordinates existing contracts with correct Purchase Orders, invoicing schedules, Service Products. Organises variations for existing Contracts and adjusts system records to match customer requirements.
• Maintains accuracy of spare parts on service agreements.
• Maintains contracts to suit changing needs of customers.
• Maintains a sufficient audit trail of amendments and decisions.
• Monitors service plan jobs being carried out and act on the Customer feedback on service reports.
• Planning service work.
• Communicating with customers regarding site visits, training, and on-site accommodation for engineers.
• Adjusts invoice and service weeks to improve the efficiency of Service Operations.
• Acts upon the information provided by Service Technicians in service reports and takes appropriate action. Assigns any Sales Leads to the sales people to follow-up and quote.
