Your Role

Mission:

As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the necessary administrative duties of opening and closing service events, ordering and tracking parts, dispatching technicians on service orders, and managing the costs associated with each service order. Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will oversee a team of 5–10 service technicians, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Supervise and lead the Service Technician team in repair orders.
•    Open and close service orders.
•    Provide service quotations to customers.
•    Order and track spare parts.
•    Coach, train, and develop team members in line with company culture and values.
•    Implement structured processes and procedures for efficient operations.
•    Manage service resources to meet performance goals and objectives.
•    File warranty claims and provide feedback to Product Companies.
•    Monitor and report on Work in Progress (WIP).
•    Ensure continuous technical and administrative development of technicians.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Education:

•    High school diploma required.
•    Associate degree or technical certificate from a trade school preferred

Experience:
•    Minimum 5 years of technical service experience with portable industrial equipment (e.g., compressors, generators, dewatering pumps).
•    Prior supervisory experience is essential
