Working with us means being part of cutting-edge technologies and sustainable innovations.As a Field Service Engineer/Technician, your mission is to perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of equipment while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and promoting our aftermarket products and services.

To succeed, you will need

  • Perform service, preventive maintenance, expertise on site and repair on Atlas Copco and other Atlas Copco Group equipment; compressors, light towers, mobile pumps, generators, etc.)
  • Commission, decommission new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in the field
  • Provide technical support, product training, and operational advice to customers
  • Promote spare parts, service products, and aftermarket solutions to increase sales opportunities
  • Prepare accurate service reports, time sheets, and administrative documents in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs, product improvements, and new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, acting as the professional face of Atlas Copco
  • Continuously update product knowledge through training, manuals, technical bulletins, and company resources
  • Graduation from University, Associate Degree or Vocational High Schools in Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field.
  • Previous field service or maintenance experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Independent, self-motivated, with problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Commitment to safety protocols; ability to use personal protective equipment.

Nice to have:

  • English speaking, writing and talking skills at minimum upper intermediate level.
  • Workshop skills such as machining, welding etc.
  • Forklift or truck license.
