Your future job

  • Responsible for generating export shipping invoices including not only intercompany and 3rd party shipment through SAP but also nonstandard Items are not registered in SAP
  • Handle export customs clearance by complying with Korea trade regulations, law and procedure
  • Applying for EU & CN FTA regarding export shipment by checking closely country of origin and HS code and origin criterion and Managing all FTA shipment as monthly base for data management
  • Responsible for shipping arrangement of intercompany shipment by working closely with freight forwarders
  • Monitoring on time delivery for all intercompany shipment and reporting to section leader If there is any shipping delay
  • Managing regular shipping schedule for air and sea and Actively communicate with stakeholders If there are some fluctuation on regular shipping schedule
  • Responsible for shipping arrangement of 3rd party shipment by working closely with Asia customer care team
  • Responsible for in-land trucking arrangement to deliver export shipment to Airport / Port
  • Responsible for validation of distribution cost against quotation and reporting it to finance team
  • Handle damage shipment in accordance with standard procedure If there is any damage shipment
  • Keep the documents related to export shipment such as BL & Invoice and Packing list, Export customs clearance certification, FTA certification etc.,
  • Monitoring all suppliers (freight forwarder and Customs agency etc.,) for service quality and escalation it to section leader If service quality needs to be improved
  • Providing export data to finance team as monthly base
  • Closely working with Global IM team If there are SAP issues
  • Manage Export customs data on Customs Integrated System and develop the program if needed

 

  • Education level
  • Eductaion to degree level

 

  • Relevant Previous experience
  • Related exprience is not required but prefer 1~3 years experiences in logistics experiences

 

  • Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)
    • Communication and cooperation skills with colleagues and suppliers
    • International trade import and export customs knowledge
    • Knowledge in ERP System
    • Ability to work with MS office
    • Not prefessional but familiar with / using them at least in 1 semester or 50 hrs
  • Experience with programming languages – ex) VBA
  • Experience with DataBase & DataWarehousse(BI)- ex) Access, SAP-BW, PowerBI, Query
  • Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)
    • Fluent verbal, reading, writing English skill
    • Ability to react quickly and actively for unexpected situations
    • Flexibility and judgement to solve the shipment issues
