Your future job

1. Communicate closely with Product Company to understand current issues and share updates on supply constraints KPI results, with the objective of improving material availability.
2. Communicate demand changes and sizing results in advance to prevent shortages and supply interruptions.
3. Lead the development of material supply plans to meet desired customer service levels and inventory objectives.
4. Conduct follow-ups to assure actions are complete and/or identify additional actions when required.
5. Proactively monitor and effectively communicate material and delivery problems to operational and customer-facing teams.
6. Perform weekly order book reviews and communicate with Customer Care teams / Service Team to meet customer delivery requirements.
7. Coordinate internal allocation for supply allocation during periods of supply constraints.
8. Take care of expediting activities related to PCCA & PCAS products, working closely with product company teams and global CVC teams at Customer Centers and Divisions.
9. Work closely with PM to prepare the supply chain before SIB release and prevent service supply risk.
10. Maintain a high-level fill-rate for product/service parts availability in relation to customer requests with minimal supply chain costs.
11. Review and manage appropriate safety stock levels and availability percentages through GIM Syncron to achieve customer demands and on‑time delivery.
 

Education level

  • Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or relevant field preferred

Relevant Previous experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years materials planning experience using MRP systems within a manufacturing area/MM
  • Experience in global supply chain/logistics management knowledge

Knowledge areas/Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • MS office skills with high proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English and Korean
  • Excellent communication skills including reporting, leading meetings and inter-personal skills
  • Demonstrates an openness to change and readily learns and adapts to new technologies
  • Prioritizes work and timely addresses internal customer requests
  •  Work in a global environment with people from all different countries
  • Highly motivated to drive improvement
  • SAP Knowledge & Skills preferred
