Your role

As an End-to-end Supply Planner, your mission is to ensure that supply plans across the VIN network are aligned, realistic, and executable. You will report to the Divisional Logistics Manager VIN. 

You will

  • Validate and align supply inputs from Product Companies to ensure consistency with agreed lead times, capacity assumptions, and priorities
  • Translate S&OP output into a coherent and executable supply view across the network
  • Act as the interface between planning and fulfillment, ensuring stable and predictable order flow
  • Drive alignment and standardization across Product Companies on lead times, capacity definitions, and planning parameters
  • Support effective order intake into factories, ensuring balanced loading through collaboration with Production Customer Contacts and local planners
  • Identify supply constraints, inconsistencies, and bottlenecks, and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders
  • Support structured trade‑offs between service, inventory, and capacity, and escalate where required
  • Standardize and maintain reporting on backlog, backlog recovery, and lead‑time impact on factory loading
  • Ensure transparency and consistency in supply-related KPIs across the network
  • Contribute to improvements in planning maturity, data quality, and end‑to‑end flow stability

You have 

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes across manufacturing, planning, and distribution
  • Ability to work across functions and regions and influence without direct authority
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify structural issues
  • Clear and structured communication skills
  • Good understanding of S&OP and its link to operational execution
