As a Business Process Expert – Service Lifecycle Operations, you play a key role in strengthening and elevating our service processes across Customer Centers and Product Companies worldwide. You ensure that local business needs are translated into clear, effective global standards and that these are successfully implemented and adopted in daily operations.


Within Service Lifecycle Operations, you focus on end-to-end processes such as installed base management, warranty handling and serialized product information. You take ownership of one or more of these domains and contribute to building scalable, efficient and future-proof ways of working.


In this global role, you collaborate closely with business key users, business process colleagues, IT product owners and divisional stakeholders. You analyze and optimize processes, translate requirements into clear specifications, drive automation to improve efficiency and support implementation and adoption across the organization. By setting up process controls and monitoring KPIs, you enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement. At the same time, you actively build and maintain a strong user community, ensuring knowledge sharing, feedback loops and engagement across regions.


You combine a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, supporting key users and driving improvements that have a direct impact on our service performance and customer experience.

  • Experience in process improvement, functional/technical analysis and translating business needs into clear specifications
  • A strong project mindset and the ability to drive change in a global, multicultural environment
  • Analytical thinking combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with different stakeholders
  • A customer-focused, proactive and collaborative attitude, with willingness to travel regularly


You are fluent in English; additional languages are an asset. Experience with SAP, Power BI or SQL is a plus. A university degree in engineering, business administration, IT or equivalent experience completes your profile.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely (40%) and being on-site (60%) at our (insert organization here) in Antwerp, Belgium (BE).
