Communication Expert PTS

Your role
Communication is key to the success of the Power Technique Service Division. If you thrive in a dynamic, international environment and enjoy turning complex topics into clear, engaging messages, this role is for you.
We are looking for a hands-on, creative and strategically minded Communication Expert who becomes a valued partner to the business. You translate our strategy into communication that resonates with the right audiences, through the right channels, at the right time. In this role, you will shape how PTS communicates - internally and externally - and ensure our messages inspire people and drive action.
You will work closely with leaders, experts, customer centers, and our global communications community to create communication plans, strong content and smooth rollouts for divisional priorities, major projects, change initiatives and key events. You will coach stakeholders to communicate effectively, monitor results and continuously improve the way we tell our story.
You’ll serve as a trusted communication partner for leaders and teams, turning strategy and business updates into clear, engaging stories, advising on key messages, and coaching subject‑matter experts. In this role, you take ownership of communication plans for both internal and external audiences, selecting the right channels, from intranet and collaboration platforms to newsletters, leadership messages, events, and digital campaigns. You create impactful written, visual, and digital content and guide projects from the initial idea all the way to the final roll‑out, ensuring clarity, consistency, timing, and alignment with our brand. You also help strengthen our communication structure by maintaining a communication calendar, planning major initiatives, coordinating with departments and customer centers, and deciding when to produce content yourself or when to involve external partners. Along the way, you track the effectiveness of our communication through data and feedback, gather stories from the field, and continuously refine and improve our overall communication approach.

- Experience in communications, content creation, marketing or corporate storytelling
- Strong writing skills and the ability to make complex information simple and engaging
- A good feel for audience needs, tone of voice and visual communication
- A structured and organized way of working, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
