Global sales and marketing data analyst

Your role

As a Global sales and marketing data analyst within the Sales Performance and Digital Tools team in Portable Air Marketing, you play a key role in enabling the division’s success. Your mission is to strengthen sales performance and customer journeys by continuously improving digital tools, data-driven processes, and ways of working across our global organization.
The team is responsible for the implementation, development, and optimization of digital tools that support both our Customer Centers and the divisional marketing organization in their daily operations. By increasing efficiency, data consistency, and adoption, you help ensure that our digital landscape delivers measurable business impact—today and in the future.
You will report to the Sales Performance & Digital Tools Manager of the Portable Air Division.

You will

• Take the lead in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of selected digital tools within our sales and marketing landscape, in line with the team’s strategic focus areas.
• Work in a highly collaborative team environment, where team members support and back up one another to ensure continuity and reliable operation of our digital tools and processes.
• Define, standardize, and optimize global processes to maximize the value of digital tools, ensure data consistency, and drive efficiency across the organization.
• Support change management and user adoption by developing training materials, documentation, and by actively engaging with stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Take ownership of monitoring performance and return on investment of digital tools through dashboards, KPIs, and data-quality tracking.
• Contribute to the further digitalization of the division by connecting smart data and AI initiatives into the digital landscape, helping to build a future proof, scalable environment.

• You have a degree in Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience, with a background in sales, marketing, reporting, or related domains.
• Proven experience in Power BI dashboard development, supported by solid SQL expertise.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset, with a passion for turning data into insights and action.
• Experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; experience in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage.
• A mindset that is innovative, curious, customer-focused, and driven to create value.
  
• Experience in process monitoring and data governance.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working from home (up to 40%) and being on-site at our office in Antwerp, Belgium (BE).
