Your future job

Your role

In this role, you will work at the crossroads of engineering, data, and HR. You will analyse, improve, and build digital HR solutions that make processes more efficient, data more trustworthy, and systems more future‑ready.

Within automation & process improvement, you map, structure, and further develop existing HR automations to ensure they are robust, transparent, and future-proof. You analyse current workflows, system logic, and governance structures, identifying concrete optimization opportunities that increase efficiency and reduce complexity. By advising and guiding key users, you help establish sustainable automation practices with clear ownership and consistent standards.

In the area of HR data engineering & modelling, you examine existing data structures and translate business needs into secure and maintainable data models. You build semantic layers that create clarity and consistency across systems, while clearly defining confidentiality levels, usage guidelines, and access rights. By preparing HR data for analytics, reporting, and integrations, you enable reliable insights and support better, data-driven decision-making.

When it comes to data quality & governance, you develop structural reporting that highlights HR data quality issues in a transparent and actionable way. You detect recurring inconsistencies, clarify data ownership, and define follow-up actions to prevent repetition. Through this structured approach, you strengthen data reliability and foster greater trust and transparency among HR stakeholders.

Within the scope of the HR data hub & integrations, you contribute to the development of a centralized HR Data Hub and its governance framework. You design data cubes and support the implementation of key integrations and APIs, ensuring systems communicate efficiently and securely. At the same time, you safeguard scalability and maintain clear documentation, usage principles, and access structures to ensure long-term sustainability.
