Infrastructure Manager

As we continue our digital transformation, we are looking for an Infrastructure Manager who combines strong ownership, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership to guide our infrastructure portfolio into the future. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will define direction, make choices, and translate ambition into concrete steps together with the teams you lead. Your Mission As Infrastructure Manager, you are accountable for the end-to-end success of a diverse infrastructure product portfolio, covering domains such as: - Server and hosting platforms - Cloud foundations and the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) - Identity & Access Management (IAM) - Network and connectivity services - FinOps and cost optimization capabilities You set the direction of your portfolio based on business needs, market evolution, and technology trends — and you own the execution, ensuring your teams deliver valuable, reliable, and secure products at scale. This is a role for someone who thrives in complex, global organizations, communicates with ease across technical and non-technical audiences, and takes pride in building high-performing teams and products. What You Will Do Lead with ownership and vision - Own the vision, mission, and roadmap for infrastructure products and services. - Balance long-term strategy with short-term priorities in a continuously evolving environment. - Act as a trusted advisor for business and IT stakeholders on infrastructure capabilities and choices. Drive product and team evolution - Lead multiple infrastructure teams and solution owners, fostering collaboration over silos. - Guide the evolution of products across cloud, network, IAM, servers, and financial governance. - Establish and mature the Cloud Center of Excellence, promoting standards, best practices, and reuse. Be both strategic and hands-on - Translate strategy into clear priorities, concrete initiatives, and delivery plans. - Actively steer dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across teams and domains. - Stay close enough to technology to challenge, support, and coach your teams effectively. Influence in a global organization - Navigate a multi-stakeholder, international environment with confidence and diplomacy. - Build strong partnerships with architecture, security, sourcing, regional IT teams, and external vendors. - Represent infrastructure as a credible, forward-looking voice within the broader IT leadership team. Develop people and capabilities - Create an environment of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Coach and develop team members, strengthening both technical and leadership capabilities. - Build sustainable teams that can adapt to change and thrive in an ever-moving landscape.
