Your mission:
As a Learning & Development Professional at Atlas Copco, your primary mission is to design, implement, and continuously enhance learning programs that empower employees across the Portable Air Division globally (APE), including local team development. Reporting directly to the VP HR of the Portable Air Division, you will serve as a crucial partner in driving talent growth and organizational effectiveness. By supporting talent reviews, succession planning, and internal communication, you will help build a strong, future-ready workforce.
In this role, your proactive, innovative approach will be key to creating an inclusive and impactful learning culture that supports both individual and organizational growth
Key responsibilities:
• Designing comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to meet divisional strategic priorities and skill needs.
• Managing and coordinating the annual learning calendar to ensure the seamless rollout of development initiatives, allowing for timely engagement and maximum impact.
• Facilitating key programs such as onboarding for new hires, leadership development tracks, and essential functional upskilling courses, fostering continuous professional growth.
• Leading the analytical efforts around learning data, utilizing learning management system (LMS) insights to inform strategy and measure program effectiveness.
• Collaborating closely with Talent Review Process, supporting succession planning and identify critical roles that secure our future talent pipeline.
• Taking ownership of divisional internal communications to enhance employee engagement, including managing all internal communications channels, in order to promote our programs, procedures, culture and etc.

Knowledge & Experience:

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on Learning & Development program design and delivery.
• Proven expertise in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and utilizing learning analytics to drive informed decisions.
• A strong passion for internal communication and fostering employee engagement through creative learning initiatives.
