We are looking for a driving person who can contribute to make the Airtec division a competence center of compressed air and services. Your mission is successfully transform our learning in the digital evolution strategy to shorten the time to competence, within our manufacturing environment.



What will you do?


  • Develop a digitalization competence matrix to upskill and reskill our blue collars towards future competences and use of new technologies.   
  • Consistently explore and apply technologies, modern learning methods and digital learning practices, to transform the way we deliver training. 
  • Facilitate induction and qualification programs
  • Support and develop the team of monitors, to transfer learnings in the best way
  • Together with the monitor team, design learning curriculum/paths to enable everyone learn exactly what needed in his/her best way and qualify the level of competences
  • Manage competence matrixes and safeguard quality of learning material
  • Stimulate a culture of continuous learning
  • Coordinate funding grants of investments projects


In this position, you will report to VP Competence Development, Airtec Division and work in close collaboration with the Human Resources and Operations departments.

You are coming from learning & development community, where IT is critical to the success of the role. 5+ years within the field of Competence Development related working experience in R&D and/or production environment will be a plus.
Preferably focused on modern digital learning platforms and applications, content creation and platform operation. Understanding of key global trends in Digital Learning practices, methods and technologies.
You have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch. As you will be working in the manufacturing environnement, Dutch will be the main spoken language.
You will ideally have a university degree with a solid technical and pedagogical background.
