Your future job

Your role

Within the Oil-free Air Division, we are developing products to help customers reduce their carbon footprint by converting waste heat into usable energy. As a Mechanical Design Engineer in the Emerging Products team, you will contribute to turning these technologies into innovative, standard solutions based on existing blower and compressor systems.

You will work closely with the project leader, project engineers, designers, and test engineers to develop products from concept to series production. You will create 3D concept designs and finalize 2D technical drawings, size and specify critical components such as gears, bearings, and seals, and interact with suppliers and internal teams to ensure manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency. You will follow up on prototype assembly and testing, evaluate results, and implement design improvements. Routine or standardized tasks will be delegated to our internal design studio, which you will guide and supervise.

In addition, you will prepare technical documentation, including drawings, bills of material, and specifications, ensuring compliance with ISO, CE, PED, and ASME standards. You will support production and service teams in resolving technical issues and improving products. This role offers the opportunity to work in an international, innovative environment where your designs contribute to sustainable solutions and your professional growth is encouraged.
